Where precisely do these goods need to be delivered and who will pay for it? I am merely a vicomte, and I obviously cannot even cover a fraction of the costs, unless my property is increased and I am made a comte.

From that man I expect that he is capable of using his intellect to review his given orders carefully, to think of a solution for his task before again bothering his superior for his inability.

Nowhere in the transmission I stated that you have to think up the prices or to pay those yourself. Nowhere I stated that you need to send a request for the materials to the corporates yourself.
For the love of le Roi, I even said that you are to find some peasant of our logistical branch to handle with this. The best option for you would be to send a transmission streight to this branch.
And now about where to send those. As obvious as it is, I will still be merciful enough to tell you. Since Magellan is our actual main front and the place from where I sent this transmission it should be very obvious to which battlegroup these materials are to be delivered.

Maybe you should watch what you drink, because it seems as if your... potential... did not combine well with your Council's wine.
