According to monsieur Patulacci, the organization known as Unione Corse may have some information regarding human trafficking and who is behind it. During one of my patrols however, the ship of the Liberty Rogues was spotted in Burgundy system. It may be one of the clues I am looking for.

The channel between me and Unione Corse brought some light into this matter. According to monsieur Nivaggioni, human trafficking is nothing new to infamous Black Market, and with their hints and simple theories I believe two organizations may be behind this shady business. The Free Brigands of Gallia or The Nation of Malta, also known as the Outcasts. If Rogues play any significant role in this one cannot be confirmed or declined at this very moment. Further investigation is needed.
