Operation: Fundamental Neutrality

Synopsis:
The goal of "Fundamental Neutrality" is to establish neutrality between the Omicron Research Group and the Houses of Liberty, Bretonia, Kusari and Rheinland. The House of Gallia has been excluded as it will prove as an valuable asset during the execution of the operation.

Available Assets:
Everything the Omicron Research Group has to spare.

Required Assistance:
Parts of this operation may not be possible without the inside support of Order or ORG sympathizers.

Execution:
Liberty - The trust of the Liberty Navy may be earned by eliminating Gallic forces in their presence. Military Wing pilots are advised to exercise extreme caution during these engagements as it is unknown how the Liberty Navy will react during the first incursions. Once the trust of the Navy has been earned, further plans will be made to ensure a neutral position for the Omicron Research Group within Liberty.

Bretonia - The same concept of assistance against Gallic forces as for the House of Liberty may be applied for Bretonia. The Omicron Research Group my officialy offer their assistance to the Bretonian Government in their fight against the House of Gallia.

Rheinland - Any plans for ensuring neutrality in the House of Rhineland are still under development.

Kusari - Any plans for ensuring neutrality in the House of Kusari are still under development.

Additional Orders:
-All Space restrictions will be lifted for Pilots involved in this operation.
-All signs of possible infections will be ignored.
-If an infection can be confirmed without any doubt, it may be reported to Director Taylor.
-Military Pilots will only enter House-Space during an coordinated attack on Gallic Forces.
