Konnichiwa, barbaric dwellers of Sirius.

I have been observing you long enough. Obsessed with a false idea of every conflict should be solved with nothing else but war, with unwavering ecstasy you've been killing each other, pushing the progress of your means to eliminate your kind and your weapons further and further, confident that you can not lift the grudges of the past, unable to escape the endless cycle of unnecessary bloodshed.

Hence the Human kind is once again unable to restrain itself from violence on everyday basis - i am going to offer you a helping hand in ending your misery, and there only your desire to accept or decline it matters.

It is time for humanity to overcome it's stubbornness and turn to a more civilised path of solving the conflicts and disposing of the grudges towards each other.

I herebly offer you to solve your conflicts through the Game. I understand, that you, barbarians, are not used to such ways, but you are hopefully open to wipe off the old habits and turn to a new, better ones.
The Game will start with the two elected representatives of each side is present on board of Fortune's Favour. The game itself will be protected with the following Ten Pledges:

1. All murder, war, and robbery is forbidden in this world.
   
2. All conflict in this world will be resolved through games.
   
3. In games, each player will bet something that they agree is of equal value.
   
4. As long as it doesn't violate pledge three, anything may be bet, and any game may be played.
   
5. The challenged party has the right to decide the rules of the game.
   
6. Any bets made in accordance with the pledges must be upheld.
   
7. Conflicts between groups will be conducted by designated representatives with absolute authority.
   
8. Being caught cheating during a game is grounds for an instant loss.
   
9. The previous rules may never be changed, no matter the circumstances.
   
10. Let's all have fun and play together!

This is my proposition to you, Sirius dwellers, not something that everyone gets every day, do not faulter my hopes to proove me that my faith in Humanity and it's potential is something more than just a mere, naive feeling of a child, unwary of the cruelty and hatred of the world. Do not be afraid to show the signs of interest: each reacted dweller is one step towards the enlightement of this sector, tired of war and conflicts born from a scratch.
