We hereby take notice of the internal issues within the Blood Dragon movement, the Yubokumin displayed a shameful picture of the otherwise honorful way of the Dragons. Their perfidious behaviour poses a risk to the internal stability of our dear allies but also exposes us to the risk of the Yubokumin Clan betraying the Golden Chrysanthemums too, therefore we will not tolerate them at any of our installations and show them that they should not have attempted to bring chaos to the Shogunate and its people and should not even think about bringing chaos to us. Shall they realize their mistake and surrender themselves to our alliance before their end has come.

That is the only word that can describe this course of events. Though I rejoice at the Shogun's survival of this ill-begotten attempt on his life, I am deeply saddened that we didn't have the foresight needed to prevent this in the first place. The Order Overwatch's policy indicates that involving ourselves into affairs of our allies without invitation is not how friends should treat each other. However, the utmost human virtue I value most is loyalty, concept of which the Dragons under leadership of Yubokumin clan clearly have forfeited in an vile attempt to assasinate our dear Shogun. With majority of the Daimyo's already expressing their will to fight against the coup, The Order will stand with you.

The Order formally requests accurate and timely intelligence on Yubokumin's clan manpower, war assets and current holdings. We are only aware that certain group of assasins and their flagship had been defeated, with unknown number of capital ships and pilots still remaining at large. We can aid you logistically and/or militarily either by direct action against the enemy or by blockading their forces from reaching Omicron systems should they choose to withdraw into the Protectorate. Any Yubokamin operative found in the Protectorate will be given opportunity to stand down and come into the custody peacefully.

Daimyo, your loyalty to the Shogun, although expected is indeed a pleasant sight. During the aforementioned epic that occurred outside of Kyoto, the Kijima clan triumphed over the Yubokumins only capital asset.

All that remains are a few scattered fighter-bomber wings who are likely to frequent outcast smuggling routes. Additionally, most if not all Yubokumin vessels posses cloaking capacity so expect them to strike from the shadows.

We aren't certain as to how many there are but without support they lack the manpower to be a considerable threat to any of the clans independent firepower, let alone the Shogunate main fleet. They will most likely resort to guerrilla warfare and piracy to ensure their survival.
