Dear Elders,
I am Amber Lane, once a great Warlady of the Liberty Rogues and the one leading convoys from Buffalo to Crete, nowadays just a simple Rogue willing to gain her power again. I would love to restore my shipments to Crete and your Empire, however I am here to talk about the law exception I have agreed on before, with sir Lopez. We were allowed to use two Scylla cruisers for sole purpose of heavily armed escorts through Kingdom of Bretonia, Gallic contested systems or through Rheinland. However, since disbandment a lot of things had gone wrong and I would love to find out if it's possible to restore our agreement. However it would be just for one(1) Scylla class cruiser, which was rechristened from "I blame your ballz" to "Drunken Badger". The Badger is serving as my diplomatic asset and the heavily armed escort of some transports.

It has been some time since I last talked to a Liberty Rogue, but I'm aware you still have your hands in the Libertonian artifact trade, and I never heard of any issues arising from the old exception, so I think we can allow the exception to continue under your ships new name, to keep your supplies for us nice and safe on the way in, and the artifacts secure on the way back.
If the conditions are still agreeable to you, then the exception still stands. And as a formality, let any Brotherhood or Custodi pilot in the region know of your approach, por favor, so we know to expect you.

1) Cruisers are not allowed to approach any Corsair bases and Planet Crete closer then 5k distance. Means they are not allowed to dock on them. Only exceptions is Cadiz Base, Lagos Depot and Skiros Station.
2) Cruisers are not allowed to engage in piracy against any traders in Omegas, Omicrons and Sigmas. We do not want increased patrols of local 'lawman' because of this. Besides, those traders are -our- prey.
3) Cruisers are not allowed to use high-lethal weapons, such as Light Mortars and Torpedoes, if Corsair property can be harmed. Rogues are recommended to escort out of combat area those who cannot help in defense of their convoy to prevent accident casualties.
