While recently reviewing our archives on mapped planets, our attention was caught by planet Palmyra in Omicron Sigma system. It is relatively understudies and is deep within REDACTED space. Our interest is primarily focused on the glaciers and its chemical composition as well as anything hidden under the glaciers. We are also interested in the geological structure of the planet, given the remains of quasi-planetoid nature in neighbouring systems. We do understand the secretive character of both your esteemed Organisation and the facility in question and therefore defer to your judgement any possible constraints and limitations as to our request. If you concur to our plea above but have any observations, please, state them in the response. Our men are highly professional and disciplined, and will adhere to any stipulations imposed by the hosting party. We would also appreciate if we receive the contacts of the base administration for further coordination.

SCEC also proposes in return to share all possible findings and access to our facilities should the need arise.

I personally believe, that this agreement can serve as the basis for future joint research operations and expeditions and a common ground for mutual understanding, prosperity, and friendship.

Whenever someone mentions Omicron Sigma, they typically want to gape at the Eridani Singularity.

Cairo is located right on top of major Order artery, allowing any neccesary food, fuel, medicines and equipment to be shipped in at momenth's notice but it is highly advised to proceed with full and extensive inventory check to avoid misunderstandings such as incompatible industrial standards and shortages.

We are glad you responded to our request in a positive manner and do hereby concur to adhere to the stipulations provided by the hosting party.

As for the composition of the expedition, we shall employ one capital vessel with mobile laboratory, med-bay, and geo-survey equipment acting as the flagship and multiple fighter-class vessels to assist in protection and reconnaissance. We shall also occasionally use freighters to deliver the samples to Omega 55 without standing presence on Cairo facility. With regard to studying REDACTED, we may employ a few capital ships that will be relocated temporarily into the system to assist against bigger specimen, however, they are not to be placed on Cairo station for long as well. We also invite Order both capital and small vessels to join our operations against REDACTED.

Your current expedition has been noted to archives and registered with Cairo. The Order will adjust supply lines as neccesary to support a heavy cruiser tonnage with attending squadron of allied fighters. We will also be aware of possible destroyer squadron operating in the area allthough I advise that in times of heavy traffic they may need to be redicted to Taba Starbase which is adequately equipped to cater to and house entire battlegroups.

Also, further note concerning your research on the Nomad specimens. The Order at large has been conditioned, trained and expected to root out smugglers of alien remains and artifacts both home and abroad.
