my name is Mason Chandler, Special Agent of the ONS. I was present at today's Cultist invasion in New York and witnessed the large amounts of Scientific Data that were released by the Cultist ships. Since this certain commodity has been around Sirius for a while now and is already in every possible possession, the handling of Scientific Data is no longer an issue that requires special treatment, as its usages are permitted for the civilian sector as well.
