Directors; Operatives; Agents; Whoever's receivers this falls upon,

We have a problem brewing in Bering. One allowed to fester given the occupation of our main combat forces in the theaters of California, Magellan and Cortez. I firmly believe the Libertonian people deserve better out of the protectors that the tax-payer dime funds. It's time we pooled resources, information and assets to ensure that the Separatist threat does not spread and that any and all support they receive is dealt with firmly and under due course of law.

We're not dealing with just petty foreign terrorists, we're dealing with our former countrymen, they know us, dare I say I know quite a few of them on a personal level from my former career as a Naval pilot. What's worse is that they know how we operate, our Republic not only trained, but housed, fed and armed these men and women. And it will be the very same Republic that puts them down. This is one mess that is long overdue a complete clean-up.

Should a temporary union between all our Agencies and Departments seem beneficial, which it should, I will broadcast docking codes for our flagship, a meeting of Directors can be held and contingencies and courses of action set into motion. Time is not an essence here, it's a luxury. We aren't the Bureaucrats, dragging our feet isn't an option.

We have quite a bit of work ahead of us. Best we hit the ground running.

Mr. Reeves,

I am Special Agent Mason Chandler, speaking on behalf of the Office of National Security. To me it looks like you are calling for a precise elimination process of the Separatist forces in Bering by combining our forces. The efforts against the Separatists are already successful and less successful fully dependent on how competent the troops are the Navy decides to send to the front. Combining this with the heavy presence of Unioners around and inside Bering, this is not a task that can be done quickly. The ONS prefers a strict attempt at dealing with dangers around Liberty, something I consider the Navy to be lacking is strictness. Not rarely it happens that they are ready to converse with enemies of the Republic for long enough to be surprised by hostile backup. If you want to work with the ONS, you are required to be ready to be the first one to fire.

Special Agent Chandler,

You're correct in presuming this to be a call for a precise elimination of Separatist assets with extreme prejudice. We currently deal with three distinct threats in Bering, along with occasional incursions by the Coalition. The main players aiming to cause widespread unrest and damage to our House are namely Harmony, the charismatic rebels pleading for help. The Unioners, apparently cannon fodder. The inner circle of the Lane Hackers, the brains and money behind this entire incident.

My operatives are more than prepared to do what's necessary, it's in their very training and part of how we vet them. You can be equally certain that I won't hesitate when a tough call has to be made. So please, by all means, brief us on your strict course of action. I believe it's more than appropriate given current circumstances.

I'd also request you address me as Director Reeves. This is by all definitions of the word a professional matter.
