I am Special Agent Chandler, contacting you on behalf of the Office of National Security. For several days now I have run across a Junker ship named "L.T.C_morejunk"[1] which is often seen smuggling Slaves[2] through Liberty. Where they are being brought or where they are being picked up is unknown to us but the captain of this ship keeps claiming that it has been stolen when addressed about the slaves. We don't believe that, as it would mean the ship has been stolen, retrieved, then stolen again several times. Due to their incompetent nature, lack of respect for Liberty's agents, lack of knowledge of the laws or the intentional ignoring of them, the numerous attempts to flee and easily debunked lies, we suggest the LPI revokes this individual's docking rights.
If you cannot execute this action and require more evidence the ONS will specifically look for this ship to catch it at every misstep it is going to take.

Thank you for your report, mister Mason. The individual is known to us and has already generously provided the house of Liberty a few million credits in fines to date. This sort of blatant disrespect for our laws, however, is beyond any fine.
The ship they are piloting is beyond what our recruit officers can tackle. As such we would like to have the Office of National Security perform a manhunt operation to bring this individual in for questioning. We will be opening a bounty contract within the day so that you have the ability to apprehend the perp in the case where they are no longer within Liberty borders.
Please help us bring this individual in for further questioning.

3 days ago, on the 22nd of this month, your TLAGSNET reported a Junker ships which was seemingly smuggling Xeno Relics. As the ship was seen transporting Liberty Ale later on, the case was closed for the moment. Yesterday the subject was caught smuggling Xeno Relics[1] again, this time we managed to remove the contraband. The Junker ship called "RustySky" was sent out of Liberty to the Bering system. Since we are not trying to replace the Police's role, a fine was not levined. The captain was told to stay outside of Liberty until a decision was made. The ONS will leave the decision about the amount of the fine, if any, to you, as well as decision wether further measures are appropriate. Standard procedure, if you require the ONS to deal with this individual, we are ready to do so. We will keep reporting such cases to you.

Judging from what Assistant Commissioner Knox stated the last time he was asked about the slaving Junker "L.T.C_morejunk", the manhunt mission commissioned by you has expired with the start of May. Do you confirm? If yes, we will take the subject from our wanted list as well to avoid confusion. We also wish to remind you about the other smuggling suspect, ID "Rusty.Sky", that still awaits a fine issued by the police.
