Item 191-015 "Slate" is currently serving combat duty in Exitus Wing. Teresa Brooks is currently directly interfacing with UBOS and final results should be available soon.
Incident 191-1125824: On 25 November, 824 AS, TITAN activated and its emotion simulators suffered a technical fault. TITAN attempted to correct this fault by translating it to "jealousy", which incited it to kill both Head Researcher Burnett and Jennifer Ballantine via bisection at waist level. The effect of this caused its programming to, in the words of the security detachment head, "spazz out" and it began to seek out personnel to kill.
The ANGEL-series TITAN clones were deployed per Senior Staff Liaison Holt's instructions, but due to TITAN being the premiere exemplar of Concordia bioengineering, six were incapacitated within seconds and the rest withdrew. Deck Five was evacuated and TITAN eventually entered power saving mode. League espatiers locked down the rest of the ship and further instructions were given. Said instructions are to never appear on any printed document.
Suffering is relative, as is eternity. We've all done far worse. I'm sure we have.

Before his demise, Burnett was able to devise a means of synthesizing an entire brain and body via "strand-laying", which served as the springboard for the other items below. Items 191-015 and 191-015 were produced after his death following similar procedures.
- 191-002 - TITAN. Item 191-002 is the first of the thirteen supersoldier prototypes produced. It currently resides aboard the R&D vessel Concordia and has been observed to be actively inimical to human life. Per orders of Senior Staff Liaison 솜틀 Holt, any attempts to subdue the entity are forbidden until further notice. The TITAN entity has been pacified as of January 2, 825, and is awaiting deployment. Its systems, after quality checks and repairs, have been integrated into all significant League assets as "Colossus".

Overview: The UBOS is the centerpiece of Concordia Biotics, and is to be treated with utmost caution at all times.
The UBOS operates via microstrands, allowing an integrated human mind to execute full control over additions to its body it should not have. Whether or not to classify the resulting entity as still human is for the philosophers, but per Senior Staff Liaison Holt's standing orders, the team considers them human.
Our control group synthetic human, "Miss" Slate, is currently gaining insight into human social behavior in an unstructured environment, with Colossus reviewing the encounters to find any anomalies in behavior. To date, all behavior is within expected parameters.
TITAN: Was a mistake. Never speak of it. We went through all the trouble of bringing you back and making you a new identity, do not squander it by blurting out the name of the thing that killed you, Jennifer.
