It has been exactly far too long since we last spoke. You may remember several years ago my people were living southbound and down of Magellan around the time those cheeky Gauls showed up and started putting radioactive holes in everything, and at the time, our two organizations were friendly-like and then some. It seems I've lost the phone number for that nice Brettonias chap though, so I'm not quite sure who wears the big robe nowadays.

To make matters succinct, we had to hide from the baguette brigade for a while and dropped the ol' Vagrant Raiders name for good. And now we've flipped latitudes and are deep in the Taus making tea and swapping war stories with some of the Crayterians, where we can keep our people safe. But this brings some logistical problems. Namely, holy moly is it ever hard to get a modular station built up in the far reaches of the cosmos.

But, we know our wonderful friends, and though it's been a while, we still consider the disciples of Eris to be firmly within that category. And we were hoping we could contract you and yours to deal with some of our logistical issues. Namely, there are a lot more crates of metal and magnetoquantum doodads and gewgaws than we have ships to carry them.

If'n you're looking for some work of the laid back, easy going, fly around and get paid kind, please let us know and we can arrange to whatever scale you're interested in and compensate you fairly. If you're not, that's fine too. You're just at the top of our list for "chaps and/or chap-ettes we would prefer to give our liquidity to".

Boy howdy is it ever good to hear from you.

I'll give you the long and short of it: We've got ourselves out in somewhere that's so nowhere even Gallia wasn't interested in it. So while we're safe from being thwapped in the noggin by an angry man with a case of wine and a Valor we've got more of a logistical problem more than anything else. The solution, of course, friendship.

Friendship, and credits.

Now, we've been out of the "hiring contractors for modular base construction" game for a while but we're in need of the following:

• 100,000x Industrial Hardware
  
• 40,000x Heat Sinks
  
• 40,000x High Performance Alloy
  

Monetarily speaking, we can do you for 200% over your operating costs on the supply commodities, plus a flat three million bonus per five thousand units delivered. Altogether, if your people choose to fully complete the contract, that will be 156 million credits paid out by the dockmasters and 96 million credits of bonuses transferred upon submission of delivery receipts, for a grand total of 252 million shiny little Sirian credits. If you want to give a certain commodity a trial run to determine whether or not this is a good fit, that works too (and in that case, we'd prefer the industrial hardware, as those are a bit tricky for us to acquire in bulk.)

And if you want, we can put together a list of additional materials we'll need to continue our construction. Assuming this contract works out for you, of course.

Regardless of whether or not the TAZ accepts this contract, we'll make sure the dockmasters accept y'all with open arms. You'd be more than welcome over for a spot of tea any time.

Sounds lovely. Starting with the industrial hardware will take a weight off our shoulders that we've been carrying for the past four years. The station's near Minato Harbour, in orbit of Planet Borneo. We've cleared the defenses so any TAZ vessels will be accepted for docking. Let us know if you have any other transponders you want Santa Kane to add to his nice list.

If you have to run any smaller transports due to house law, we can collate receipts, no worries. We'll pay your bonuses out as soon as you hit the 5000 unit marks -- just throw your receipts on the channel and our Quartermaster will transfer the cash wherever you want it.

Glad to see it's still comin' in. Always nice to see TAZ faces around the lonely parts of Sirius we tend to call home. You're more than free to keep the hardware train a-rollin' and to move onto the next one when you're done.

Including that run you're at 28640 units delivered. Tobes is away from the office right now, being dragged around Tau-44 in the back seat of an experimental Scimitar one of our engineers has put together. And since there's no back seat in a Scimitar, you can probably hear the screaming from Shasta. When he gets back a few hours from now he'll send you your bonus -- I'll mark down that you're 1360q from the third bonus for that run.
