As I'm sure you know, Die Weiße Rose has been hard at work for the last 6 months trying to get a firm grip on the Volksrevolution after the disappearance of Generalmajor Anna Heinrich. We've had little to no success for much of that time, but now things have changed. We now hold authority control over 85% of the Bundschuh forces, and have made preparations for larger fleet capabilities.
For now, I would like to discuss the possibility of a more open alliance with the RHA, now that your Generalmajor is reported to have returned. With our expanded resources and new recruits, we will be able to support you as much as you support us. Please do respond when you are able. We'll be around.

Speaking of more open, I would like to know what exactly you have in mind, from what I can say there won't be a cease in our current relation, unless it comes in favour of our new policies. The Roten Hessen Armee keeps its allies close to us, however die Roten Hessen werden euch schützen if the situation allows us to do so or atleast as much as we can.

Your curiosity serves you well, Herr Stahlbrecher. It has taken me six months because your Generalmajor was missing and the Army was fragmented. We currently have one Hessian flotilla assisting us, despite it not being in the Army.
In most of the time I've been absent from your eyes, I've been building relations with several organizations, rebranding the "Sigma Alliance", and doubling the size of our fighter and bomber squadrons.
What I want from this alliance is a good trade and support network for our ever expanding fleets. I'm sure we can work out the details soon.

I have returned to Bruchsal, and have arranged a trading plan from our side. I also have decided to introduce you to the people we've been helping in these past six months, the Sigma Alliance. First, however, let me explain our plans.
DWR has a transport fleet, the likes of which dwarf many other underworld syndicates. Using this, we can easily trade the last remaining materials from Omega-11 before the star implodes on itself.
We can also supply you with arnaments far more powerful than your reverse engineered Daumann repeaters: The Kemwer Munitions. These side arms emit ligjt blue blaster bolts far more efficient than what the Army currently has.
Kemwer Munitions, unrefined Helium-3, Kyushu Rice, and other valuable commodities are only a fraction of what this Sigma Alliance allows us to get from trade deals. Should you need IMG miners, the Guild has a few spare Annapurnas we can acquire.
The Sigma Alliance is a secretive group, consisting mainly of the Bundschuh, Blood Dragons, Gas Miners Guild, and The Order. We oppose the Rheinweir, and work together to strengthen all of our groups. If you want a diplomatic relation with them, their main base is Port Said, in Sigma-21.
With all of that out the way, I'll also form another proposition: Finally taking full control of Dresden. If we manage to fully evacuate Freital's residents to Leipzig, we can get them to assist us in destroying the RNC-Altenberg, near the Neu Berlin Jump Gate.
Our fighter wings from Bautzen Station and Kaiserslautern Depot will fully focus on destroying the enemy warship, if your fleets are willing to assist us. All you have to do is give the word, and we can finally destroy the Bundestag's grip on Dresden.

Regarding the IMG mining vessels, I guess the miners on Freistadt are glad to help, if you understand me.

We will continue to assist you with Kemwer supplies and other needed goods. In the meantime, I should probably explain more about the Sigma Alliance. The Coalition is not involved in the alliance, as they are too invested in the Socialist Triumvirate.
I find it surprising that you haven't been watching your rear in Dresden. Our scouts report that the Altenberg is not repaired completely, and has repair ships constantly supplying it to prevent its otherwise imminent destruction. If you were to supply us with a NEMP launcher, or if we built one ourselves, we could disable the ship long enough to potentially destroy it.
Omega-11 will receive full support from our transport fleet, but if we evacuate your personnel now, you will need to base any last-minute diamond mining operations from Leipzig Station. We will also use our transport fleet to help move any diamonds out of the system, and will pay any Hessian miners a just fee for their services.
In any case, we will support you, as long as you can support us. Even if this support is just financial, we will still be grateful. Do you think you could sell us some Asgard-Line ships as part of our agreement, or would that stretch your funds too much?

Ah, it seems like you'll need the benefits of the Sigma Alliance to help supply us with more than jist credits. With access to the Sigma Alliance, you will be able to openly supply your Uncut Diamonds and minerals across Blood Dragon and Order space, thus allowing for profits and materials.
The Sigma Alliance's main supplies are: Kusarian Food, none of which are made by the nefarious Synth Foods, Kemwer Munitions, good for using to board ships and raid planets, H-fuel, which can be used to fuel your warships, and an immense amount of credits between the different factions in the alliance.
Since you cannot exert your presence into Sigma space, the trade benefits of the alliance will most liekly be the only benefits you will get should the Armee join the alliance. Still, even the trade bonuses will greatly increase the wealth of the Red Hessians as a whole
I have a personal plan to reinvigorate the alliance by gaining trade partners such as the Armee. Soon, the alliance will meet once more, and you will be invited to the meeting.
