To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 04-26-2018 Good evening. From what we hear, you've been in contact with one of our Phantom Wing operatives. We find this to be an opportune time to finally approach you about a matter we've been trying to forget, although perhaps it's best not to forget but remember and plan for the future. You may or may not have seen our craft in the Omicrons prior to the Alliance having a falling out. The Alliance had seized a portion of the artifact trade in Liberty under the direction of our former Squadron Commander, Thomas "Pygmy" Greenfield. Prior to an actual trade deal with the Benitez Familia, Pygmy had been spending an unusual amount of time in Kepler. Upon investigation after his exile for actions deemed to be against the Movement, we discovered he was meeting with a Kempeitai agent for quite some time, sometimes traveling far into Kusari to do so. Those close to him noted severe behavioral changes, bordering a multiple personality disorder. He would disappear, sometimes for weeks at a time, only to return and act like nothing had happened. We originally thought this to be a case of an old Xeno dropping his values in hopes of the Movement succeeding to heights it hasn't been able to with our beliefs. However, since starting the Phantom Wing and recruiting former intelligence operatives, it has been suggested that he was under the influence of something greater than desperation. In short, we have a lot of questions and not a lot of answers as this is not our area of expertise. As you may understand, this is sensitive information we do not wish to leave this channel. RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 04-28-2018 RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Omicron - 04-29-2018 ⧫ OCV Fedayeen ⧫ Omicron Mu ⧫ 29/04/825 ⧫ FROM: The Order Overwatch ⧫ TO: Xeno Alliance Suspicious behaviour I am not personally active in Liberty affairs but I know enough that not even the most disheartened Xeno veteran would approach and co-operate with a foreign intelligence operative. Especially of nation as exotic in nature as Kusari. I cannot guarantee that Kempentai you speak of answers to the government. The agency shattered during the course of Imperial-Republican dispute of your northern neighbour. Even after resolution of the war, there are numerous Kempentai units with loyalty only unto to their cells, some of which could potentially be infested Nomad parasites to harness the chaos that our human wars cause. By the worried tone of your communication, I pressume you reffer to the later... Inquisitor Darkness is already on site, she is just like any other Inquisitor an agent hand picked by me personally. Furthermore, Inquisitor Valkyrie and further Intelligence assets will be dispatched to aid in your investigation as needed. Grand Admiral Michal Golanski Black Fleet, 1st Battlegroup "Wargods" RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 05-02-2018 That is what we were thinking, however it is a hard pill to swallow. We will await further Order assets and, if needed, Phantom operatives are available if anything.. tentacle-y comes to light in Liberty during your stay. A Hellfire Legion detachment has also approached us about wishing to aid against Nomad activity in the region. Should you desire to take them up on that, we could have them approach you. With that out of the way, there were two reasons we decided to make contact. One of which you are already aware. The other is that we find ourselves with many un-used transports constructed for deep space travel after rightfully dismantling our trade agreement with the Corsairs. The Movement acquired many willing Libertonians to take the dangerous trek through the Omicrons, however they now have nothing to do but drink themselves silly and annoy our barkeeps. We wonder if, perhaps, the Order holds any use for superior Liberty-made firearms and munitions? Detroit Munitions produces some of the finest in Sirius as we're sure you've heard. If so, we may be able to come to an arrangement before our pilots run out of money for booze. RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 05-08-2018 RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 05-14-2018 RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Omicron - 05-18-2018 ⧫ OCV Fedayeen ⧫ Omicron Mu ⧫ 18/05/825 ⧫ FROM: The Order Overwatch ⧫ TO: Xeno Alliance Trade Lots of Liberty hardware is interchangable with The Order's standards. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree after all. We certainly can use common Ageira-built missiles, mines, weapons and munitions in general to conserve our own raw resources which are better spent into manufacturing higher quality equipment that your government would never let into the public, licenced or on the less legal side. Some of those products, labelled Kemwer are among the products your long range haulers would bring back home. Kemwer is wide assortment, high quality and compatible with power cells and accessories common to those of Ageira brands. Your pilots had already made the trip to the Corsair Empire so it is largely unnecesary to lecture you over how to reach the distant Omicrons. The safest approach to The Order protectorate begins at Sigma 17 where you can access Omicron Sigma star system. The warning however that you ought to take heed is that Omicron Sigma is home to Eridani Singularity as we call it, stellar remnant of former host star that is active source of deadly radiation. However from that point onward, you will be directed towards Omicron Mu by our local patrols which is free of interference. We can naturally also supply a guide to welcome you into our space as needed. I will initiate the paperwork related into permanent legal Xeno Alliance access into The Order homeworlds. Grand Admiral Michal Golanski Black Fleet, 1st Battlegroup "Wargods" RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 05-18-2018 Excellent, we will pass along the intel to our transport pilots and you may expect the first shipments to arrive soon. Few things finish a job faster than the promise of drink after it's done. On that subject, we will also provide a sample of Mother's Finest to be stocked in the bar. While not for everyone, we're sure at least those from our House will enjoy it. Liberty has a rich history in home-made small-batch distilled liquor. There's nothing quite like it. RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Reeves - 07-29-2018 :::encrypted_message_received::: ""<Developments>"" Grand Admiral, I believe this is the first time you and I have spoken, but let's just go ahead and cut right to the chase. As you well know the Rheinlandic proxies - the Unioners along with Harmony currently loiter Bering and continue to pose hazards to the National Security of not just Our House but to the Sector as a whole given their recklessness. Now this on its own isn't anything new, but as of the past months our cells have been developing increasing friction with Commonwealth Officials who we've known for a while now. The Legion is no longer the pure revolutionary force it was at its inception, it's become a Bureaucratic nightmare like the current Government of the Republic that we both love and hate so much and is.. well, to put it plainly being very two-faced with us at the moment. We no longer see them making any active movements against the Separatists or their filthy friends and neither are we getting the kind of support we're going to need to bring these degenerates in line. I'll admit, this is desperate. But given the circumstances I'm inclined to be beyond open on the state of the Alliance, which isn't pretty. Cells are rapidly collapsing, along with morale and temperaments and I can only imagine that things are going to get worse from here on out with the Commonwealth and by extension the Legion, we might have seen things eye to eye in the past, but I think that ship has long since sailed and that the line has been crossed. I intend to cut the Legion out of our circle entirely, but I can't do that until I'm certain that we have hardware capable of replacing the surplus of Legion technology our pilots are currently used to. We didn't sign on as friends to the Legion to become the Commonwealth's killers for hire, nor are we going to accept being tossed aside like chopped liver for a second time. I'm effectively asking you to provide and equivalent replacement for the "Prosecutor" series of Fighters, I believe that by integrating small numbers of both your "Bastet" and "Nephthys" lines of fighters, we can effectively reduce our usage of Legion vessels to zero, as for the weaponry we'll have to find a way to manage and perhaps renovate our otherwise rigid selection of weaponry with more options for our pilots to put to use in the field. I'm aware that this is a lot to take in, but your pilots have been and always will be welcome to use our safehouse on Pittsburgh during investigations and to just lay low while in the area, you are additionally more than welcome to use our installations within Liberty as well as tear any Unioners you see to shreds for us. First the Republic took advantage of us, I'll be damned if I let this abominable "Commonwealth" do the same to us. This isn't the change we fought for and I don't think the Legion is smart enough to see what they've created just yet. ""Farewell""
RE: To: Order| Overwatch High Command - Xeno Alliance - 08-08-2018 Good evening, We have happened across 18 Ageira White Boxes after.. de-commissioning a Junker's Congress member carrying them in its hold. While we originally thought of selling them back to Ageira, we were wondering if your scientists would be interested in them. Ageiras technology is famously tamper-proof, however, we figure you might see more potential use with them than the small sum we'd receive for selling them back. Let us know soon, preferably. This is quite a hot potato to be carrying in Liberty space. |
