Greetings. This is Fenrir speaking.
You may of known me formally as Selene Night working for you on a contract of killing nomads.
However times have moved on and i wish to further our friendship, you may or may not know i am now a leader of the Silent Wolfpack who specilalize in assassinating people but have been known to do some escorting.
I wish to sort a contract between our two groups.
I ask that we use your bases when we travel throughout the Omicrons so we can rest and re-fuel but also if you do not mind that we acquire a few order ships and some equipment for the higher echelon of our group, i do understand that you may be... reluctant to do so as you do not have a lot.
However in return i propose:
- We never take contracts to engage order, even if it pays more.
- We help all order if they require it.
- We will engage all bounty hunters that we find.
- We will demand all Order pilots if we find them in a ship's hold.
- Bring Supplies to and from Toledo, such as H-Fuel, Food, Water ect. What ever you need.
- If you ask for it. We will try and forge a truce between the Golden Chrysanthemum's and the Order.
- Act as the Order eye's and ears within Kusari.
These are open to discussion.

" I might be atag uninformed with who this "Fenrir " , figure is. I wish to know who you work for and where does your current loyality stand. I have also never seen any members of this "Silent Wolfpack" group and there for have no way of knowing if you are truly fit to serve us any use. I wish to learn more about your organisation , before I can give my vote in this matter.
However , I'm personaly interested in the possibility to have people inside Kusari who would supply us with information about the House of Kusari. It seemed we have lost our touch with most of them , like we understood not so long ago. Offering help with the forging of a pact between the Golden Chrysanthemum's and the Order might also prove to be something of great value to us.
Supply's however are indeed needed and I see this to be the main reason to even consider us alowing you access to our technology and our bases.

Greetings once again. I know this is not all of the council but i wish to clear up the matters you have brought up.
Firstly Commodore Caitlyn Shauers, I thank you for your support.
Secondly Ms Aki Kimura. I understand why you are reluctant to trust mercanaries as i would be also, but i can assure you we will never take the substance called Cardamine. They are not a bad people and have good intentions. Mabye in time you can come to trust them.
and finally Admiral Mirage Bre'Delakorsa.
You are indeed a wise person to question who i am as you do not know me. Though i do assure you we are not a threat and only wish to help humanity along with the order.
About Kusari. We mainly base ourselves out of Ainu but most of us stay on our ships as we do not want to interfere with them. So we are in constant contact with the Golden Chrysanthemum in and around the area. Other things that you will want to find out about Kusari, all you have to do is ask what those things are and i personally we make sure we find them out.
About the Order Equipment and Ship useage i will not comment on until all of the members of the council have commented.
Another thing is i hope you do not mind us using a couple of Nomad Weaponary on a ship, we understand they are dangerous but we are cautious.
Oh and one little piece of information for you... Tekagi's Arch seems to have power once again with a shield around part of the arch. If you do not know about it, you do now, mabye something to keep a eye on.

Commodore Caitlyn Shauers, Ill explain my reasons for using nomad weaponary as i know a few of your colleagues will question it.
The nomad weaponary we use have been studied and tested to the max that we can, to make sure that we can use it. I personally prefer to steer clear from them aswell, i use 'Solaris' codename weapons, but as we do not have the supplies or equipment to use much else that is effective we do not have much choice.
Mabye one day we will gain the funds, personell and equipment to produce our own though i doubt this will not happen for many years to come.

We've already talked about this via private coms, and you know my general stance.
First off, Aki, hold off your commands. You seem to be sending our ships here and there and saying yes's and no's to everything and anything without letting the High Command know. I've recalled those fighter wings you sent to "protect" the GMG as no alliance has been struck and I see no reason to have them there. I ask you not to issue such commands until a final decision has been agreed to by all of us.
Same applies here. We have never agreed to let them dock on the Isis or Toledo, and right now they do not have that permission.
However, what I'm sure we can all agree on, is that no pack vessel will be allowed to enter Omicron 100. As for ships, until I have seen definite proof of your group helping in the purpose of the Order, I am reluctant to give you permission, however you may use limited eqquipment. I don't want to see you use Order ships and eqquipment to shoot Corsairs which you consider unfriendly yet are our allies.
I think we have some issues to discuss in unison.

You see a shadowed figure appear before the camera... This figure seems to be different than the ones that you have seen in previous transmissions
First of all I would like to thank all of the order authorities in cooperating with us instead of denying us immediately. We would not like to anger the order in any matter. As for the ship issue. I will personally make sure that no pilot of ours flies any ship that you deem inappropriate for our use. The ships we currently have in command now are of civilian origin, which may not be able to fulfill the tasks in which we hope to achieve. I greatly hope that we can agree on a contract concerning ships in the near future.
Secondly you may notice that I look different than the transmissions you have seen in the past. I would like to introduce myself. My name is Malakai "Husky" Kelles. I am Fenrir's right hand man and second in command of Silent Wolfpack. I look forward to working with the order in the near future.
Concerning the many issues that have been pointed out about Omicron 100. Silent Wolfpack will NEVER enter said system. We will try to prevent pilots from entering O100, but we will not personally enter it ourselves. Any Wolfpack pilot that is caught entering O100 will be reprimanded by me personally, so you have no reason to fear. If we encounter any pilot that does enter Omicron 100, we will contact Order authorities at once, so they can handle the matter on their own terms.
