Greetings again. It is a pleasure to see RHA under firm command again and wreaking havoc upon puny capitalists in the region, for which we are thankful. It creates opportunities for us to carry our research without unnecessary interference. However, RHA and SCRA vessels are not always around and our expeditionary corps are venturing further into the unknown, encountering all sorts of dangers. I have received a request from one of my researchers to inquire as to the procurement of RHA Vidar-class cruiser. While our resources do now allow us to construct additional "Hurricane"-class battlecruiser and "Typhoon"-class destroyer was deemed as "armoured not enough", the person in question made a well-grounded justification for us to consider "Vidar" as a good alternative for a mobile genetics laboratory. Therefore, we formally seek your permission, Comrade Generalmajor, to assist us in constructing and/or procuring one of those heavy cruisers. We will refit it for scientific purposes while preserving its combat capacity to keep our researchers alive in the most dangerous depth of Sirius. We are open to discuss the details and/or objections if there are any.

Comrade Generalmajor!

Following your instructions, our engineers developed blueprints to refit "Vidar" cruiser for research purposes. In short, the deck for personal armament and boarding crew was refitted into spacious genetics laboratory; captain's bridge was augmented with with our latest combat AI on the basis of QCC-Mk II quantum computer at the expense of extra armour plating; engine deck was reduced in size with a view to be more effective on short distances at the expense of additional fuel storage. Other changes in the hardware and software are manifold but less significant to be underlined. In case of the interest on behalf of RHA engineers, a detailed report can be provided. I believe, the blueprints attacked below are sufficient for replication of similar modifications should need arise and given proper equipment.

As for the materials, our cargo ships delivered sufficient amount of hull parts and specialised equipment needed for the construction of the ship in question. We also dispatched a small team of engineers from Mykolaiv to assist RHA engineers on Wolfsburg. The appropriate funding in social credits in the name of the Revolution will be delivered by Dr. Virtanen personally once the construction of the ship is completed. According to our estimates, given the industrial capacity of Wolfsburg Shipyard construction will be completed in approximately one week.

It is with pleasure that I all the necessary materials for the construction of modified "Vidar", the Coalition People's Research Vessel of "Lovitar" class have been delivered to Wolfsburg shipyard. It took us some time and contractors from far away to deliver some of them and I hope that it should suffice. You can personally ascertain the delivery of the materials in full in the following communication logs.

With your consent, we shall start the construction immediately. It has been our pleasure working with Red Hessian engineers and we believe that constructions can be completed in no time.
