We've been carefully clearing an abandoned station of any trace of these, which will go far faster now that a Crayterian colonist explained how they've handled airborne pathogens in the past. However, we have some concerns. There may be more canisters aboard the station that we haven't found, and a containment breach could be a significant problem. The other is the reason we haven't simply jettisoned them into the Tau-44 sun: there may be more out there.

As you are a man of medicine, I expect that you will want us to swear not to weaponize these devices, a condition that Natio Octavarium has no objection whatsoever to agreeing to. Besides being morally reprehensible, I assume, such a thing would bring the might of most of Sirius against us.

Crayterian automated defenses can be rather sensitive, I've noticed. The consequence of life in the Taus, perhaps.
