If I'm reading this right, you'd be offering your services as someone to hold Ore for peeps.
Whilst your attention to RP is commendable, four words on Skype/Discord will usually get results faster, with no queue. I can see such a service existing in the RP environment, but most of the time, the mining operations I partake in are "hold onto this Ore whilst I bring my trader too, then we convoy". (But yeah, I'll snatch you up and mine/trade with you if I see you.)
