The Great House of Kusari, following the stabilization of the aftermath of the Republican crisis, has set its eyes back on the path to progress and improvement of our noble nation and House. Among the works that recent administrations have pursued, it has been found that a bright opportunity has appeared for the industrious peoples of Kusari to shine and bring onward their values and virtues to the uncivilized regions of space.

With the blessing of our August Emperor, Kogen Tetsuya of Nara, the House of Kusari will put its efforts in creating a new home for Kusarians in the recently christened Shizuoka system, known until recently merely as the Sigma-21 system.

The Government has authorized the creation of the Shizuoka Colonial Commission, which will oversee the development of the colony of Kagoshima and the space encompassing the system, under the guidance of the Kishiro keiretsu. I have word that they have already settled terms with the Gas Miners Guild in establishing a joint partnership that will benefit both entities in the region.

We hope the Shizuoka Colonial Commission announces the great success Kusari wishes, and the result of the settlement of this new addition to our House.
