Having been considerately informed by Ageira that permission from the Liberty government is necessary to erect a Docking Ring, my lackeys in TITAN-Holt Products have asked me to, well, ask nicely for the requisite dispensation. Apparently, who we are is a concern, so over the complaints of the guys at Brick Press who wanted to do a more open release, I'm forwarding you the relevant information now. Expect the next article in the Information Service to be a re-tread of what I'm sending.

Due to there being no form for this sort of thing available, I've re-purposed the one in the Surplus Requisitioning Center, for the bureaucratically-minded of you.
