The objectives are to fulfill the required materials in stages.

Quota for Basic Alloys fulfilled, excess of 605 Basic Alloy deposited onto Wolfsburg. Initiation for phase two may proceed, but due to the excessive deliveries from stage one, the requirements for Industrial Materials and Super Alloy are unrequired due to it already being completed from excessive shipment.
