First of all, allow me to introduce myself, as the common courtesy should always be in place. My name is Homura, and, as you might've already noticed - I represent Hideyoshi Clan of the Blood Dragons.
Given the present circumstances, i am turning to you to ask for a small favor, as i am pretty certain you will be able to assist me on the matter of acquiring SL-17 "Geisha" Kusari Luxury Yacht, preferably with civilian transponder. Please, provide me with the conditions under which such requisition may be performed.

Ogenki de irasshaimasu ka, Dragons? It has been a long while since I had a conversation with someone of the Blood Dragons since I was told to leave.

I am mildly confused, Homura-san, how comes a very young woman like you gets on the idea to see herself as a representative of the Hideyoshi Clan. You do not represent it in any form, the Hideyoshi Clan never representated itself through members of the Royal Guard, if you are even part of it to begin with. Therefore I consider this null and void.

That aside, I have asked more experienced Sisters to tell me more about your request. I am not fully into their own systems yet.
But by what I was told, it is rather complicated for them to acquire you a Luxury Yacht of this kind. They are rare sights within Kusari and letting them disappear is an even harder task. Why do you approach the Golden Chrysanthemums with such a request anyways?
Did the Blood Dragons lose their ties to supportive entities on Kusari's various Planets ever since I am gone? If you truly represent the Hideyoshi Clan, you would know that it is not much of a challenge to my family to contact the right people and by this acquire a "Geisha" Yacht way more easily than through the Sisters of the Golden Chrysanthemums.

I will not bother asking for the reasons why you need such a vessel in the first place but I respectfully wish you good luck with this.

Frankly, i am merely concerned with whatever contradictions separate you and The Hideyoshi Shogunate. This is merely a gift of gratitude to our allies from LIberty, to The Lane Hackers, to be precise, it will ensure their assistance in overlooking and intercepting the commercial traffic that will certainly head to the Northern Kusari in the upcoming weeks.

Excuse me for stepping in like this. Lilly is still very used to her prior occupation as the Shogun. So if you may overlook her strict view on things, we can keep going here. Let us start with the unpleasing part, seemingly Lilly was not mistaken when you did not represent the Hideyoshis. Out of a sudden you claim allegiance to a Clan unknown to us. There is no record of it within the accessible data of the Blood Dragons too. Do you mind explaining this to us at first?

That this vessel was supposed to go to the Lane Hackers is not changing a lot, except that it shows where the Blood Dragons got them involved into. We do hope the strike on Nagano will be a success too and if the Lane Hackers require such a vessel to ensure their own assistance, we may speak a word with them ourselves. While it will be a rather unpleasant task to capture a "Geisha" Luxury Yacht from Yokohama or a richer citizen planetside, it is not impossible, yet I would prefer an civil approach too. I am not willing to send out Sisters to risk their lives over a Yacht which could be acquired through contact people of one of our groups. When you render this impossible, I believe the Blood Dragons used to have agents within Samura. If you manage to organize a great possibility to capture one with the help of some of your agents, we may assist you and acquire the needed Yacht together.

Now my last point, I would prefer it if some lesser clan lacking any records even within the Blood Dragons, would stop to render us as incompetent. Take this as a hint to learn some calmness, young lady.

You seem to have a sharp eye. Indeed, latest events brought me to a conclusion that some change within The Shogunate is necessary. Those are going to be considered extreme and yet not approved by The Shogun, but you shall get a glimple on what's coming, nonetheless.

Establish the Clan's democratic model of society led by The Council.

Long-term objectives:
Establish The Democraticy Republic as the new political system of Kusari.

Acquire the samples of new technologies and establish capapibilities of reproducing them within the Clan.

Liberate Sakurai Augus from her misery.

To put it blunt - we are a branch of Blood Dragons seeking to establish a democracy regime over Kusari. While it is still going to be led by The Shogun - his power shall be limited by The Council representing the citizens of Kusari.
No one shall be either pulling strings, or hiding behind the scene.

But let us turn to the actual matter at hand. 'Geisha', and it's actual acquisition through any means. Earlier on, i have already tried to pull some strings within civilian corporations around Kusari, however, none of them seem to be relevant. That being said, i should either indeed turn to The Shogun, or ask you to dispatch multilpe operatives to accompany me in snatching one of those 'rare sights' from Yukawa. It's location gives us significantly more chances to take what we desire and get away with this with minimal consequences for us, i suppose.
