How are you? I hope everything is alright. As Victor has now returned, he has informed me that you were in the Omegas, conducting research on pirate societies. If it is in any way possible for you to secure us a way to contact the Red Hessian Army's leadership while you are there, SIS would appreciate it very much. We have already attempted multiple different avenues in order to secure a ceasefire with their organisation so as to secure supply lines to and from Rheinland from their piracy operations, but they have not yet yielded any results. Please let me know what you think.
