i docked with it and hit it now its attacking all gold miners here
didnt hit it that hard when i docked

The POB will automatically be reset when the Server is reset.
This reset happens once a day (normally) in approx 12 hours from now.
The other option is to contact the Base Owner and ask him to put you on the Base list.
In the meantime, I have moved your Ship.
