SOE "VEKTOR" is an answer of SCEC secretariat to drastically increasing needs in logistics and space construction. This channel is open for coordinating logistics vessels, posting requests on shipments and reports about deliveries.

Tarification calculation rules:
+500.000 SC per every system on route lenght.
1.0 modifier if route goes through Green zones.
1.5 modifier if route goes through Yellow zones.
2.0 modifier if route goes through Red zones.
4000 is 1 for cargo volume modifier, and in cases of requests positions with less of 2000 cargo to fulfill, 0.5 is minimal.
Commodity price also could be compensated.*
