We have nifty icon to "Find all posts by this user", so I propose we add similar button to "Find all threads by this user" with something like folder icon.

There is already an way, you go to someone profile Information and there you have the option to go to all post done by the user or to go to all treads made by the user

+1, seems like a handy feature and probably wouldn't be too hard to add. I don't have access to the forum box or I'd hack it in myself.
A less easy feature to add but one that I've grown accustomed to on SomethingAwful and wouldn't mind having for longer, messier threads is "show all posts by this user in this thread". I'm not sure if MyBB has a decent way to generate a thread filter like that but if it did I'd love to have it.

It can be done manually, although really inconvenient.
