Yes and of course because someone cried loud enough, all junkers received a rephack to Gallia. Never made sense to me that even a basic new character was automatically hostile to Gallia, which caused so many to never even bother trying to go there. Just another example of ways this mod was ran that had no logic. Make a whole new house and system but make it hostile to any new players right off, and only way they can ever go there is to work a rep for it, or if someone mentions what restarts they can use to have a better rep with. And i do not remember congress openly opposing them, it was mainly cause of dislike between a couple players that seemed like oorp hate at the time.

(Anyways enough about that, little off topic for this thread tbh)

So can the indie ID Omega ZoI loss be reverted and given to the GG ID?

GG- ID can have two systems removed instead of indies losing O3 to keep it balanced, right?

Somebody tell me, why it so important, because i didnt saw any gaians doing something for what they need ZOI in omegas for...damn i neve saw any gaians aside OFL smuggling artifacts.

Maybe need give them O-7 for normal piracy gameplay, but i dont understand why they need entire omegas. Where planets or destructed as hell already, or just not much fertile to support something for saving. How things, which gaians could do in omegas, different from things what sairs or hessians could do?

Upd: I see only problem in miss line about attack in self-defence or for protect allied ship. Not good for smuggling outside ZOI.

So the idea is to nerf the ZoI and further reduce the amount of indies? Re-read that and tell me you're not serious.

If you want Corsairs and Outcasts not to take all indies of IDs that are similar but worse, the last thing you do is nerf those less appealing IDs. This further encourages people to not make a Gaian character and just take a Corsair as it was already a much better ID.

So, we just need senseless indies from every faction? I dont see how activity for sake of activity helped anywhere for time what i play. That just reaction, short-time decisions, without any deep analysis what drive players to play. That would always end in next way: peoples played one-two week and stopped because they has same small player base and just tire from constant senseless, non-consequensed mess. Maybe that time to realise, we need quality turns instead of constant trying back old models, which works only from 100-200 players numbers? Make quality things to reach players interests.

That indie ID ZOI NOHOW will not help, while in omegas absolutely nothing to do for gaians. I sure when something interesting for gaians will be created in omegas they always could make request on enchance their ZOI back. Maybe that specialisation on Br-Tau would help to faction find some more good way in current story-line, and attract players interests by it.

Argumemts about activity by ID small-relevant now. Right now another conditions than in time when vets played their 200 ppl. For example, nobody from that indie coalition battlecruisers in bering no-how not created any good activity, just pewed some time, and sold their ships when all player-base tired from that pews. Same was with that bering idea about zoner militants. How that changes could affect already non-existant gaians indies - i dont see. If somebody today would play for gaians they would play because they want hug trees but not because their ID has ZOI or not has. And there point - as i said there no thing to do for eco terrorists faction in omegas. Only what they could do - assist to sairs in fights. Is that would help to gaians right now? I doubt.

In short - ID no more not create activity, only specialise and focus it. For gaians nothing to focus on in Omegas, so they logically drived it away.
