However, we found a new source to export Blood Diamonds from, but the branch for distributing them had to be remade and relocated. Because of that, and the time and money it'll take us to fully establish a new operation as well as lack of Blood Diamonds compared to prior the disaster - the price per Diamond has gone up.

They can be found at Viernheim Station and Vogtland base. If I'm not mistaken you still have clearance to dock on both, so you can purchase them there. Note the higher price however.
