Maltese technology is the best in Sirius, and hence i aim to build one vessel to conduct research operations deep within Omicron systems.
I have an ongoing research which requires a quality made ship, where Ranseur fits almost all of the required needs.
While standard D5-2A offers great amount of mobility, shielding and firepower, i still require to incorporate my own technology into it for the purpose of the research which includes foreign technology of any type or size, and reshaping some internal layouts.
My request from you National Council of Malta, is to receive blueprints of D5-2A "Ranseur" class Dreadnought, and the required amounts commodities to build the aforementioned class vessel.
