Captain, The Natio Octavarium has sent me some pretty damning information against Battlegroup Harmony's Captain, Jade Lindford. She is accused of working with or for what it appears to be a Kusari Naval Forces vessel pinging unknown and appears to have a Nomad Cloak. I'll admit, this raises questions. First and foremost, what the hell Linford's seven doing out here.
I've got no issue with the sniffers yet.. yet.. but you're right on one account for certain; That Naval Forces ship blares out all the red flags.

I'll see what I can look into when I have time. Malta's not far from where I am right now, so getting there should be cake, especially with this cloak. Residual readings may point a way, or may lead me straight to the source of the issue.
I've seen those markers before. They've never spelled good.
Keep your ears and eyes open around Harmony, Kalh. I've got a feeling a Jelly might be involved..
