It appears that the word of the Imperium has not yet reached the simple people of New London, as on an expedition into the system my vessel, the Marbella, was engaged by your station's long range batteries. Usually, I would have left it be, but as your gunners saw reason to involve me, I will in turn involve you.

Due to this, the Imperium demands compensation. The gunners responsible and a donation of credits in the sum of 20 million will suffice to keep the forces of the Cretan Armada from knocking on your front door.
Refusal, logically, will result in the Empire's guns turning on your no doubt 'peaceful' operations.
