As these logs show, there has been a discussion about a possible strike plan against the Royalist pigs - but all will come in due time, comrades. Right now, I have been tasked to coordinate between the Ministry of Truth and the SCEC to assess our influence on Planet Leeds, as well as a peculiar 'experimental hardware' I suppose you already are in possession of or you can directly build - a NEMP warhead. Comrade Commissar De Grasse,

Thank you for the information. We heard of the developments in Leeds system from then Commissar Krsnik. At that point we were discussing opportunities to curtail further Gallic invasion. It seems, the SCRA is going to come up with a definite course of action. We in SCEC will do everything necessary to supply the Army with all the equipment for the operation, including NEMP bomb. I shall make the arrangements for the research in question to be commenced immediately. I must admit, however, that it might require some time as our agency has been undergoing some structural changes that can bureaucratically delay the process. In addition, we need to arrange the procurement from the Ministry to ensure we have the financing for the project. Other than that - be sure that our brightest minds are in your service and shall carry our the task successfully.

Availing the opportunity, I would also inform the SCRA HC that SCEC found another target for NEMP. Premier Selim was informed of our strategic plans. The operation can be carried out after the offensive in Leeds and most certainly will require SCRA war expertise to be concluded successfully. In brief, it pertains to our expanding our influence in New Beijing system. We shall provide more information on the issue should you show interest.
