It has been some time since we last spoke. In that time, the Natio has begun to flourish and establish self-sufficiency within our little corner of Tau-44. You may have noticed increased shipping traffic transiting from one side of the system to the other. Or, maybe you haven't.
We haven't seen you in a while, though. It's been a solid month and a half, actually. We know you're still out there, but it seems as of late that the Tau-44 system has just been us, vacuum, and that strange radioactive planetoid off in the distance. Minato Harbor obviously still stands, but it seems to be in the same state of disrepair it was after Gallia abandoned the system. Sulawesi Citadel continues to do its job at keeping the Gauls out of the system, of course. But the number of Crayterian ships passing through seems to have plummeted.
This brings me to a certain proposal that's been floating around the Octavarium Cabinet for the past few weeks. We are interested in purchasing the Tau-44 system and all Crayterian assets, including Minato Harbor and Sulawesi Citadel, from the Crayter Republic. We are more than willing to negotiate a fair price that takes into consideration the state of the system, its assets, and its economic opportunities.
Our offer is Ten Billion ($10.000.000.000) Sirian Credits.

i, personally on the fence of, albeit not very happily, accepting your proposal. However we are in need of detailed talking. But if the rest decides so, We would have seceral conditions. Just that opportunities outweights drawbacks. However before we proceed. We have conditions as i said.
- Crayter Military will keep its presence within whole system with the intention of protecting residing Crayterians on Planet Borneo and the installation Borneo Orbital.
- A governing council shall be made and both Crayter, IMG and Octaviarum shall have presence under the leadership of Octaviarum to oversee the system's matters.
- Crayter and Octaviarum shall defend each other in case of intrusions.
- Crayter Republic will be given full access to Tau-44 and retains full rights to conduct eradication of enemies.
Otherwise we will comply Octaviarum's regulations within the system.
