Ageira Innovations - Crayter Republic - John White - 08-06-2018 To: Crayter Republic
To whom it may concern, During routine delivery of Ageira White Boxes to Planet Yuma I have looked at your laws and understandably but regrettably found nothing on our proprietary products being restricted within your Republic. During last months Ageira made considerable progress all around Sirius to finally put these restrictions in public light as to provide necessary understanding for civilians on the dangers of illegally obtaining these highly secured containers that have top-of-the-line safety and self-destruction installed on them. We hope that this issue can be resolved by adding Ageira White Boxes to the list of restricted items on your laws and granting the permission for Ageira Technologies, Deep Space Engineering and Universal Shipping to carry out their duties in providing maintenance parts as per established supply and maintenance contract for your Docking Ring and should your Republic be interested in a brighter and faster future - construction for Jump Gate and Trade Lanes in near future. If you have any questions on concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to answer to them in order to make this legislation as smooth as possible. Sincerely, John White, President, Ageira Innovations RE: Ageira Innovations - Crayter Republic - TheShooter36 - 08-06-2018 This is an Automated Message. Good day. Crayter Republic Quorum* have been read your message. Please wait until a Quorum representative contacts you. Quorum: Crayter Republic's govermental body, made of a council of 12. Includes President, several Ministries and Fleet Admiral of Military. RE: Ageira Innovations - Crayter Republic - Crayter Republic - 08-06-2018 Mr. White Greetings, I am Daniel Garvey, Minister of Defense of Crayter Republic.
We discussed your request among ourselves and while a minority was sympatizing with your offers, the consensus reached was that we have no intention of changing our laws and regulations as of this moment. If we happen to change our mind, we will let you and other relevant parties know of it. We believe if citizens somehow allowed to take them from an Ageira installation in Liberty, it is their responsibility to carry such equipment safely as Liberty Laws do not permit haulage of Ageira White Boxes within Liberty as far as i know. Thus, we do not see the need of taking additional steps regarding the situation. With my utmost respect. Garvey, out. Mr. Garvey, Allow me to be clear on this case, you are using our product (Docking Ring) that requires highly secured proprietary product that has self-destructive safeguards if handled by unauthorized personnel or in unauthorized location. This is a safety measure that has been acceptable by our clients when they work with us to have Docking Rings, Jump Gates and Trade Lanes constructed and maintained. We are now moving forward to put these restrictions, that otherwise was understood and drafted up in the non-public supply contracts, into the light to prevent uninformed civilians from illegally obtaining Ageira White Boxes and risking fatalities due to lack of knowledge that these containers are highly restricted. We are starting to refuse service to recognized independent entities with their law charters if they are not complying with our request to edit law legislature due to general public safety concerns. Your republic would not be the first to be reluctant to abide by our request about our proprietary products that are being maintained for your benefit. We are kindly asking you to reconsider this stance if you wish for a smooth operational status of Yuma's Docking Ring. Sincerely, John White, President, Ageira Innovations RE: Ageira Innovations - Crayter Republic - Crayter Republic - 08-06-2018 Mr. White
As we said before, if civilians somehow acquire them from Liberty Space, which is your jurisdictional area, it is their own responsibility to carry them. I would like to inform you that, arrogantly, with almost Gallic tendencies, "informing" us to cease your services from Yuma makes the matters not in your favor as well. Before the docking ring was in place, we used atmospheric-flight capable shuttles and our snubcraft, which are also capable of flying in atmosphere.
While we can give Ageira a priority and encourage Ageira carrying their whiteboxes, you should also consider it is mostly have to kept checked from Liberty side. If so-called civilians managed to get Whiteboxes from an Ageira station, who are we to prevent them reaching their destination? Such would be wasting precious materials after all. Keep in mind, this decision does not mean casting Ageira aside, you are still free and encouraged to do your trade, come and do maintenance as you and we require. With my utmost respect. Garvey, out. Mr. Garvey, This is not about just obtaining Ageira White Boxes. There were incidents were people believed they can, after buying it from who-knows-where (possibly through black market from Junker Congress which have attempted to extort, issue bounties and even place kill-on-sight orders against Ageira), to ship them through certain territories due to the absence of such law. We would like to highlight that this law addition would subtract nothing from your authority and autonomy but would emphasize that you support others' autonomy and patented products. After all, you are eligible to use our products through entire Sirius and apparently we get no recognition or respect when it comes to protecting and safeguarding our proprietary technology that everyone is so eager to use at their convenience. We urge you to reconsider this for the benefit and safety of all involved, directly and indirectly. Sincerely, John White, President, Ageira Innovations RE: Ageira Innovations - Crayter Republic - Crayter Republic - 08-06-2018 Mr. White
While we indeed support people's safety and patented products, we also support free trade and equality. Plus, as we stated twice, they come from Liberty Space, where you and Liberty Navy have to keep an eye on those products. Which means, once they are onboard, they are at the responsibility of the hauler. And if they happen to open a box they should not open and blow themselves up, that is their responsibility as well. Plus, we sadly cannot change our laws and regulations on a whim just because a Corporation, regardless of origin, requests so. Because of that, we do not see the need to alter our laws.
Now if we finally understand each other and acknowledge each other reasons with respect, i would like to wish you a good luck and inform you that this is our final decision whether it may disappoint you or not. Keep in mind that we still see Ageira as primary supplier and distribütör of Ageira Whiteboxes and hope to conduct business regardless of outcome of this inquiry. Thank you for contacting Crayter Republic and voicing your concerns and inquiries. With my utmost respect. Garvey, out. Signed, Daniel Garvey Minister of Defense Crayter Republic |
