I am the Exuberant Lillith of Ouroboros, One of the many forgotten by time.

I speak to you, the Public of Kusari and Sirius at large - To issue a notice.

As a First Generation Kusarian, long left in slumber by my previous Benefactors, I am appalled at the state of my homeland's successor. They have dared crush the poor and weak in the name of so called higher Royal-types, much like the fools who follow the Gallic Roi. In a House where Political warfare is the norm betwixt the Keiretsu, In a house where upward Mobility is a nightmare, In a house that saw its' pioneers as possible test subjects - Pioneers who left Terra and Sol to flee the tyrrany of the Coalition!

As the Leader of Ouroboros, I seek to reform Kusari into a society that is to the benefit of its' people, to the benefit of of Sirius at large. We, as a nation, will be a beacon of Hope, a beacon of light for Sirius to aspire to!

Monsters such as the Corrupted Golden Chrysanthemums, who twisted the words of Yuyu Matsuda into a grand lie to spread Cardamine throughout our home!

The Blood Dragons who simply wish to revert us back to the Feudal Eras of Terran Japan, Something undeserving of a modern state such as ours, and play along with the degenerates in the Chrysanthemums!

And the corrupted state and their Corporate puppetmasters, most of all, who have forgone a pure Republic, instead, settling for a bastard child of Royalist and Democratic nature, allowed to play freely with the people and the laws that ordain them!

Tell me, my fellow Kusarians. Does this look like a place you want to live in? Where the voice of this so-called emperor and his associates are worth more than that of the people? Where trying to get ahead, or even having a chance to see the stars, is slowly becoming nothing more than a dream!? Where these scum who dare declare their Iusta causa in the name of the betterment of our house, only to fail to realize the old adage, that Absolute Power, corrupts absolutely?

And all the while, we cannot focus solely on the demons that plague our house from the outside - the Gallic Roi, who use us as a tool as our allies in Sirius die at their hand, as their people suffer a similar fate to us, only worse! Men and Women dragged from their homes just for differing from the Roi in opinion! We do them no favor by playing nice with that monster, King Charles and his contemporaries!

The Order, fools that they have become after the disappearance of Casper Orillion, blindly follow the madman Michal Golanski, seeing him as some Holier-than-thou Grand Emperor, who has his clutches on the Sirian Underworld, playing the houses of Sirius like the fools they think us to be! These monsters concern themselves with the Core and their other ideological rivals, rather than the Nomads they were founded to fight, the same Nomads that present themselves at the gates, our possessed kin and apocalyptic fleets in hand! No longer!

We will take back our House in the name of the people! We will establish Kusari as a Beacon of hope for Sirius' future! We will unite against all foes, both foreign and domestic, and put an end to this damned mess we entered into over 800 years ago!

We hereby declare the Reformed Kusari Empire a fraudulent state, and as such deem ourselves its' next successor! We will take Kusari back in the name of all we hold dear, and liberate the people from the lies they have lived with for years!

We will drive back the Roi from our proverbial shores and drive them out of Kusari and Sirius, all the while we help our Comrades in Gallia fight for the same causes that we fight here in Kusari!

We declare a informal war against the Order Overwatch, and all who support them, seeing them as a insult to the brave sacrifices of their predecessors nearly 25 years ago!

We call on people from Kusari and throughout Sirius to join us!

We are Ouroboros, and we will not be stopped! We will fight on, tooth and nail, until we have secured a free and just Kusari, and a Greater Sirius!

For Kusari! For Sirius! For Humanity!

Lost company. Funny. Tell me, do we attack innocent civilians? Last time our Intelligence unit checked, Lost Company were money grubbing unlawfuls who see dollar signs and not civilians.
