My name is Laura Caspers and I am Staatssekretärin of the Rheinland Bundeskabinett. I was entrusted to reply to your message.

The docking and trading licenses in the Rheinland space are governed by the standard general regulations issued by the administrators of Sirius Trade Regulation Commission. If your current ship registration does not allow you to moor within sovereign house space, then there is nothing we can do with it. The only solution, in this case, is to change your license to some another which allows such action or request the individual exception from the administrators of the mentioned commission.
