"In light of yours-truly's diplomatic blunder in regards to communications with thy leader, of which I didn't at all mean to follow through with (the wonders sleep deprivation could do to a man, heheh!),

"I, 'Fabulous' Harrington, take it upon myself and on behalf of Golden Oak Tours to deeply and oh-most-sincerely apologize for yours-truly's harsh words. And to prove our sincerity and goodwill towards thy movement, we vow, under the project name 'MESSIAH' to do the following:

  1. for GOAT to IMMEDIATELY unequip and surrender all currently-owned Gaian engines to Freeport 1 for thy group to procure at thy leisure

  2. to ferry the following signature eco-trade offers to Freeport 1 every Saturday, 16:00 SMT, where thy group may then freely procure at thy leisure using the password, "Lamb of God":
    1. ten thousand cubic units (10,000 m3) of Sweet Rice //Kyushu Rice//
    2. ten thousand cubic units (10,000 m3) of Cambridge Cutlets //Luxury Food//
    3. five thousand cubic units (5,000 m3) of Mondscheinblume //Blue Jillies//
    these initial convoys will last until 825 A.S., November 24, after which Golden Oak Tours will continue ferrying a minimum of a quarter of each above-listed eco-commodity every Saturday, 16:00 SMT.

  3. for GOAT to not retaliate against any and all Gaians, even when threatened verbally or through direct weapons fire

  4. for GOAT to actively defend Gaian pilots against their enemies considered criminals by the four houses, and do nothing when asked or demanded by lawfuls to engage Gaian pilots

  5. to proceed with project 'SANCTUARY' under thy representative's advised guidelines of:
    • only getting those Gaian Wildlife from reputable, well-established rehabilitation centers
    • every sanctuary being entirely non-profit, only accepting donations at most
    • being only for the purposes of rehabilitation, reintegration, education, public awareness, and ethical and moral research into the creatures and how to best replicate their natural habitats in case of Planet Gaia getting compromised

Mr. Harrington. You've been a very controversial topic amongst the Guard.

She chews on her lip for a moment, her brow furrowed with frustration.

To say the least, your impatience, eagerness to please, and subsequent trespass on our base has not left a good taste in our mouths--and, need I remind you, if Holmfirth had been discovered by someone following you, it would have greatly wounded us. This, coupled with the transmission you sent to our Warden, and your presumed bribery and theft, does not put us in a position where we're very willing to work with you.

And, as well, we don't trust any contract you send our way as far as we can throw it.

She puts her hands on her hips with a scowl.

You will not approach our bases. You will not perform espionage on our patrol routes, our timetables, our plans of any nature. You will not shoot at us, you will not work with our enemies, and you most certainly will not set up your sanctuaries.

Send us 10 million credits per engine you stole from us to GG-W-Sequoia and we may consider letting you keep them. And we may consider giving you one last chance.

But if you don't, then we most certainly will not.

You're treading on thin ice, you and your company both, and we don't like it one bit. Choose your next actions carefully, Mr. Harrington.
