I have one question.

Are you fucking trying to put my civilians in the line of fire or are the lives of the innocent just not a concern to you?

Where's FADM Richard? I want to speak to someone with a god damn head on their shoulders.

Do you have proof that this individual was a pirate? Do you have any evidence that he was harming people in any way? Or did you just want to test out those big happy flak cannons right next to a god damned civilian station? A station that I'm sure we're going to now be picking bits of flak out of because you decided that less than a kilometre was enough distance.

I don't care what you do with convicted pirates elsewhere, or when they're harassing your civilians. Turning the flak cannons of a Deimos on one in front of an old, priceless installation containing twenty-five thousand civilians is reckless, dangerous, bound to rack up collateral damage, hostile, and likely a severe violation of international law as you knowingly used unguided fragmentation shells in the presence of noncombatants.

What we've done with the vault now known as Canberra Star City is none of your business, considering the cleanup was completed in accordance with the scientific requests of your own Minister Ryo Kase, who I also note has been particularly absent from my inbox as of late. I stopped hearing from him not long before I stopped hearing from Richard, come to think of it.

Thank you for your input. We regret that the situation appears to have come to a point like this. We are aware of the Crayter Republic's views on slavery and we echo them -- no slaves or Cardamine are to transit the space surrounding Natio installations, our contacts are all aware of that. All of our imports and exports are humane from the point of production to the point of sale. Similarly, we share your viewpoint on piracy in the system -- it lets no one prosper -- and frankly, anyone who decides to engage either of our fleets in combat deserves whatever they get.

We appreciate your generous offer to fund the repairs of Canberra. Any of the funds left over from removing the flak and patching the outer hull will go towards reinforcement of the station and improvement of the civic facilities.
