Greetings
i noticed on Omega 49 there is a new ... well at least for me is new ... mining location! Actually it is two on the same spot! One gives fluorine, and the other, acording the navmap, ice asteroid!! well ... what is that ice asteroid? any special ore or just water? i shot some big asteroids and gave me fluorine!!! It is necessary and special Id or/and ship?

I think that the idea is that you will get a whole massive ice asteroid to haul away...its 750 units or some such...presumably worth big bucks somewhere...but I'm not sure if they are actually "turned on" yet, the existing ice fields I mean...I was reading about it somewhere...perhaps on the forum mining guide...I gained the impression that its coming soon, type of thing...as in, they have it coded into the game and all but its not turned on just yet....

Now the thought occurs to me...I wonder, being ice and all, if they'll be as easy to harvest as regular water? You know how when you're shooting NPCs in ice field areas...and hitting ice crystals too, you often end up with a lot of water in your hold...and just from your regular guns...You could fit maybe 5 or 6 asteroids into a heavy tanker, say...in theory.....but I'm guessing as a specialised ore type you'll probably need mining turrets….
