I think you should use another ID for this, the LSF would never encourage a two-man science foundation within its own ranks. There are enough scientists within the LSF already. The story has that one huge logical mistake, two people, presumably working for the LSF, go missing in the Omicrons, they vanish for quite some time but came back to Liberty at some point. So then they go to their superior in the LSF and asks them to leave his squadron and he's okay with that? A normal commander within the LSF (if there even is a "commander" there) does not have the authority to grant agents to form their own cell, what do you think would the directorate say about that? Also, it says that the two men received the necessary Sirius Credits from their father. Do you think anybody does have just enough credits to shop for high grade military technology? You cannot "buy" capital ships or military technology unless you RP that with the respective faction, and the superiors within the LSF would, by no means, just hand out battlecruisers, cruisers, large transports and all the other necessary things to a two-people research operation they wouldn't allow to exist through their roots in the first place. Capital ships require many trained people, not some scientists, to command them.

We don't just have Professors and scientist we got Fighters ,Elite fighters, Bomber squads, gunboat captains and few roles more too, we are also helping Liberty get back on her feet as well as Developing hopefully in role play terms, make new adapted weapons. We are in development mode and still working on our perks as we speak. So if you got a issue with it please keep it out of the hairs of the Phoenix Research Foundation please mate.
On side note, We also helping players get to know the game more and help them development from what's Role-play and not skills, Learn to control different type of ships and also Tech them a few guilds on how to do many more things that is yet to be talked between the foundations Leaders.

Try to concentrate on one aspect of your roleplay instead of balancing around a scientist faction and a second Navy faction, that never worked out well. I also doubt that a science division founded by 2 people has enough personnel to spot so many naval captains.

So shelco here is Amina (luca) just so you know. we host this account with 2 people. so about this one I see that this may has the look that we wanna host both Naval and Scientists but we mainly wanna concentrate on scientists and try to hold the fleet power as small as possible those ranks are more for the people so that they dont only earn 2 promoten and they have the highest rank.

I also need to say in this case you are right we are still in development and may should have waited a bit more and I can say that we spoke about it and Im currently change parts of the story to bring a better redline into it and that it makes more sence.

The LSF has enough staff concerning Nomad research and it seems like dozens of other factions do as well, implying that two people could found a research group because their "superiors didn't support them enough" in a field where there is already a lot of staff employed in makes little sense.

That's kinda powergamey and was pretty much the main logical flaw of your faction in the first place. So let me get this straight, again. Two scientist brothers go missing in the Omicrons, they return after some time which was a shock because they were believed to be dead. And that's why the LSF decided to give them a fleet to continue a type of work that the LSF is doing without your two brothers? So if I work for the CIA and I go missing and I return I can just create my own CIA research division and they will give me a laboratory and everything I need? Makes no sense. And again, Scientists cannot fly warships.

Scientists are not the law enforcements, we have other LSF departments, x Navy factions and the LPI for that.
Doesn't seem like you improved a lot of aspects of your faction to me.
