We once sourced a Hel frame from you for our projects. We then refitted one of your cruisers based on the pattern in exchange. Your technicians then helped us to restore our vessel after some emergency operations burned out its power array. In all our dealings with you, we've found you to be fair partners.

We're interested in opening more continuous trade. We hope the Octavarium Mercantile Guild can be a part of this, but it seemed prudent to contact you through established channels first.

As things currently are, we specialize in arms procurement. Libertonian small arms, regulated and otherwise,, heavy ordnance - limited quantities, there are extra hurdles to account for. We also retain lawful access to most of Sirius, affording us easier access to some supplies you may have difficulty sourcing - including in Kusari, where even our mutual Junker contacts have difficulty.

However, much of our logistics is civilian - the Commission and Fleet have a few transports under our direct command, though the Commission keeps ours unmarked, but for the most part we rely on the Octavarium Mercantile Guild for deliveries. Will there be issues with any of our transports going to Northeim? We remember you being very protective of another installation in the same system.

I'm told this batch was freshly-gathered from the Pequena Negra by a Junker sympathetic to your cause. However, haste was needed; the Pequena is not kind to small salvaging craft. I'm told it's being taken through a more involved decontamination as a result.
