From what I see of the Hansa is an association of unrestricted merchants with a very established foothold in the Bering system with the potential to branch out into Liberty, Rheinland and perhaps even other areas of Sirius. Given that the League currently disagrees with the decisions and actions of at least one of the dominant parties in this, the fact you Mr. Black can operate freely there is among one of the more minor appealing qualities that you present to the League. In you I see a very competent man with the acumen to make a profitable outcome out of any situation regardless of the obstacles facing you. Very desirable qualities in a partner of business for the long haul if I do say so myself. That being said to "reforge the black market" will take a considerable effort. There are many fellow competitors and many mongrels that need to be put down to make this whimsical fantasy a cold reality and that is where the League can help. While the Hansa has the ability navigate the insufferable labyrinth of governmental laws and regulations with a surprising amount of ease, the League has the ability to bypass this infuriating realm entirely if it chooses to and when the more lawful elements of the Houses become aware of this fact, their attempts to thwart it are laughable at best.
