I'm hoping that Mister White handles this personally given that the subject specifically relates to the conveniently named 'White' Boxes Ageira is known for producing and maintaining proprietary rights over. I'll skip to the point, since time for you is money and I don't much enjoy drawing things out.
White Boxes, we have them. Why, more importantly how do we have them? We've recently been having luck with catching people transporting them and we've had no reason to just let them run away with it. Initially the unit count we recovered was rather small, but a few days later members of my cell found another target carrying the same product. We took him down and secured the goods. We currently have in our possession, 400 hundred units of the commodity.
What I'm offering you is a partnership between you and us, I'll go into details if you open yourself up to the idea of working with us, more details will come once I know it's you handling the communication, Mister White. But in short, I can have my cell catch unauthorized shippers and recover your product from the people that otherwise evade your system. Let's just say that we have a vested interest in ensuring that a Libertonian-made product stays in the only hands we can trust, Liberty's.
To this end, helping you keep it that way is logical, but I can only hope you'd also elect to see it this way.

Considering the work we do, waiting a day or two to respond to a weekly messages "We got your product, what can you offer" is absolutely trivial and ordinary. Many of such messages provide nothing but verbal statements without any substance to back up the claim and are discarded as extortion attempts. If you can provide us with any sort of evidence then it might peak our own interest to see this through. If you truly have interest to keep our products where they belong, surely, you will share all the information to assist us in preventing these incidents in the future.

Well, at least you didn't delegate this to some dumb intern, so I suppose there's that. I'm hardly a liar Mister White and this isn't the first time I've reached out to you. I go by the designation of Phantom-6, an operative of one of the cells that make up what is rather obviously known as the Phantom Wing of the Xeno Alliance. Don't let the humble nature of the Alliance as a movement fool you, I'm practically qualified to work for you. There's a certain degree of subtlety to how we operate compared to the rest of the Xenos you might run into.
The first time we encountered a transport running these boxes without your approval, it happened to be a junker. We have a very colorful attitude when it comes to them, so we popped him before he could dock on that decrepit 'Freeport' in Bering. The second time was in Hudson, though it wasn't a Congress vessel. Regardless, he was put down because he refused to cooperate or tell us where he was taking the white boxes. However, both times it was observed that the transport ships in question were bound for Rheinland. As to why people would be smuggling your product into Rheinland.. I really don't know, then again I'm not looped in about the specifics, so there's no way I could know.

Many attempt to transport our White Boxes in order to attempt hacking them and opening. It always ends the same - with fiery explosion. However, we put our efforts into preventing and if that fails, stopping these attempts as you can never know when all the odds turn against us. As such, it is admirable to see even Xeno movement understanding the delicate matter of keeping proprietary product withing the hands of Liberty corporations only.

It is not the first time that our corporation is being extorted this way. Congress was almost sued when they wanted reward for salvaging long lost shipment of White Boxes, Harmony was shown middle finger when they wanted to procure "Bison" out of thin air for them, and now you expect us to provide you the materials to maintain what-sounds-to-be twelve military-grade ships? This is beyond what we are willing to exchange for a small number of White Boxes that you mysteriously repossessed from unnamed Junker vessel. A shame, I had hoped we could have reached a mutually beneficial solution to this. Nevertheless, I was being serious when I eluded to patriotic motivations. We don't want these products falling into the hands of foreign copy-cats seeking to make a quick buck and break apart Liberty's rightful innovative monopolies. Better vessels would mean a better ability to secure such interests, as well as our own.
It's no secret, I don't need the damn boxes nor could I have them opened, Fred discharged his interceptor's weapons at one accidentally and instead of blasting one of the boxes open, wound up popping the hangar lights. Even if they were cracked open, I doubt we'd have any use for the parts held within given our inability to assemble them. So it seems we're at an impasse. I don't need the goods and want to return them, but you find my bargain too steep.
Hangar 4 on Ames. There'll be a ramshackle looking cargo ship moored nearby. Simply have your "repo" guys dock, take their boxes and haul them back to Pueblo or wherever it is you stock-pile these things. Consider it a token of good-will and perhaps an apology for ships of yours that we've razed for guns in the past. But mostly because we kind of.. need the space, these boxes are pretty big.
Perhaps we'll revisit this offer in the future under more.. convincing circumstances. But for now, I'm going to walk my talk and do exactly what I said I would. Ensure Liberty-made goods stay in Liberty's hands. Let's hope we can keep it that way in the long-run.
