Well... Got the game, escaped the vault, went to megaton, blew up megaton, killed everyone in the tower, placed them in chairs.... Now what? Oh btw, where the hell is Oasis, I can't find it, it's the mission I'm trying to do.
... There are definitely spoilers, here. So, look at the new title and keep it that way.

you can still go and kill this Three-Dog, you havent found the dog and eaten it, the slavers await your duties too...
you have to eradicate the Regulators, help the Outcasts, destroy the Brotherhood, kill the Lyons family....
and most important...
HELP THE ENCLAVE.
Also, try to kidnap some kids.... or girls... or kiddi-girls...

get the downlaodable content for fallout 3, and behold the awesome that is the chinese ninja suit (the actual name is Chinese Stealth Suit, but i prefer to call it ninja suit) and the gauss rifle.

and go to the dunwich building. bottom left corner of the map. south of grayditch. theres always the deathclaw sanctuary, or yao guai tunnels. oooooooooor, the national guard depot, or fort constantine. OOOR the rielly's rangers quest. fun.
