As per our conversation near Bautzen I have taken it upon myself to analyze the situation and your needs for renovating your station into a shipyard. Currently The Rote Hessen Armee will not be able to support your endeavors due to Battleship Altenburg still in Dresden, It would be a logistical mess and we cannot risk the lives of either Hessen or Bundschuh.
Therefore I highly suggest you put these plans on hold until further notice. Patience is Key and if we move our chips to early it can be disastrous. Should you keep your composure now it will pay off in the near future. We spoke of your smaller plans of getting some of Bautzen's sections back online, and you are free to continue those efforts as they do not draw to much attention. Still even with this smaller project, I ask you keep your wits about you and ensure you are not seen by any Rheinwehr. Lastly I sent this communique in the hopes of keeping this documented, The Security of Dresden is of the upmost importance, I like to keep things noted in case of anything unfortunate should happen. Of course, we are aware of the danger, that possess Altenburg, therefore, as you have suggested already, we were going to wait for the full liberatation of Dresden. However, we would like to ask for your help in station repairs anyway. As engineer myself, it's a sad sight to see, that a lot of akitivists are more into... Politics, rather than practical affairs. While I'm going to change this situation, we need the repaired station now, at least in case if Rheinwehr tries to strike Bautzen again, we will hold this point longer. We actually have our own engineers aboard, but they are not the ones, who can create projects and so on - they are the men of work. Give them the order and they will do whatever it takes to complete it. Of course, I could create the project myself, but I'm too occupied with the duties of my own Oberst position. So a couple of good engineers, who can provide an inspection and help me to get station back to work, will be a nice addition. Looking forward to see your answer, -Annika Einfalt, Aktivist und Die Weiße Rose
