[INACTIVE] - Failsafe Contingency

Failsafe Contingency is an executive order given to all agency personnel by the BDM Oberkommando autonomously from the state governing body and all other organizations, including federal and military. This order is broadcasted and potentially issued upon one or more of conditions that conclude that:

The Federal Republic of Rheinland is now facing internal conflict within its federal or military organizations.
An extreme instability that has concluded into an ungovernable state for the Bundesrepublik's territories due to any disaster or incident.
The surrender of the Federal Bundesrepublik government and its territories to a new ruling opposition.
An impending threat resulting in the attempted termination and/or destruction of the federal agency itself is conclusive without autonomous action.

This order when issued will be given agency wide, all other priorities are rescinded. After failsafe broadcast to personnel devices, communications will be restricted to Agent level or above and mentioning of failsafe protocol to any non-primary personnel is a direct violation of agency security. Primary personnel are to re-position by any means to Sektor-7 or Planet Weimar immediately, ensure that clear agency insignia is displayed on all attire and identification is being carried on person at all times.

All agency personnel are to equip and arm themselves, secondary personnel are to return to secure homes and await cancellation of Failsafe Contingency.

► Personnel are to assemble as many assets as possible such as munitions, vessels, equipment and information without compromising arrival possibility to fall back point.

► All orders from other organisations, government and military are void. BDM Oberkommando are the only authority to be recognized by agency personnel.

► All rotational and reserve personnel are to be mobilized immediately and to report to their division and commanding officers.

Flotilla priority objectives

Flotilla positions are as follows:

► Delling Security Division is designated as "COMMAND-1" unless deemed otherwise by BDM Flotilla command and is to co-ordinate repositioning flotillas, establish command on-board Schatten Research Facility, and to ensure that all personnel entering Sektor-7 and Thuringia have permission to enter, Rheinland Military and Federal Police permission to freely enter are revoked.

► Upon the arrival of Balder Security Division to Sektor-7, if ordered by the Oberkommando, Battleship Koblenz is to be secured under BDM command. Koblenz personnel are to be demanded for their co-operation, resisting individuals are to be held in the brig if possible. Once retained under BDM command, the Koblenz is to be strictly stationed as a defensive platform for the security for Sektor-7. Lethal force is authorized only upon being fired upon.

► Upon the arrival of the External Operations Division to Planet Weimar, if ordered by the Oberkommando, Battleship Kolleda and Fort Sommerda are to be secured under BDM command. Kolleda and Sommerda personnel are to be demanded for their co-operation, resisting individuals are to be held in the brig if possible. Once retained under BDM command, the Kolleda and Sommerda are to be strictly stationed as a defensive platform for the security for Thuringia. Lethal force is authorized only upon being fired upon.

► Upon the arrival of the External Operations Division to Planet Weimar, if ordered by the Oberkommando, is to secure Eastern Thuringia (Hohenfeld) against all non-MND and non-BDM personnel and pacify resistance if deemed necessary. Resisting individuals are to transported to planeside detention cells on Weimar. Once Eastern Thuringia retained under BDM command, the Kolleda is to be strictly stationed as a defensive platform for the security for Thuringia. Lethal force is authorized only upon being fired upon.

Intelligence priority objectives

█ Planetside and Station positioned personnel on New-Berlin, Nuremberg, Weimar, Schatten are to encode all data and switch to auxiliary scramble transmission codes.

█ New Berlin offices will upload all encoded files onto the secure VNN database, failure to establish link requires all data to be destroyed.

█ Nuremberg Bunker is to upload all encoded files onto the secure VNN database, failure to establish link requires all data to be destroyed.

█ Holstein Nautical Research Lab is to undergo evacuation and lockdown, all personnel approaching must verify identification along with mid-command authentication codes. Failure to adhere to identification protocols will authorize self destruct.

█ Schatten Research Facility is to undergo lockdown, all personnel entering and exiting are to be vetted to ensure their legitimate access to Sektor-7.

█ Weimar bunker is to undergo lockdown, all personnel entering and exiting are to be vetted to ensure their legitimate access to Weimar.
