|-------------------------------------------------------| COMM ID: Lieutenant-Commander Avery Reeves TARGET ID: Garrus Hendrix ENCRYPTION: Low PRIORITY: Low Mister Hendrix. I hope you've been keeping well. I'm contacting you today because I've recently decided to serve my House once more. I was actually ordered by the current High Command to focus on warship command, but I can't help myself, I feel like I need to be out in the field with a fighter at least every now and then. This brings me to my point. The newer Guardians fresh off the production line, they respond very nicely but they just feel so.. green. If there was a ship I was really used to, it my was older Guardian. I'm interested in knowing if you still have it. And if you do, would you be willing to give it back to me? I recall a certain.. mix-up in the paper-work supplying you with a Guardian despite you already possessing one, it wouldn't surprise me if the one requisitioned by you at the time is still waiting in a sealed hangar somewhere for pick-up. If not, I'd be willing to discreetly transfer my current fighter allotment for my old one. Please get back to me, flying just doesn't feel right without the history behind the ship. ----TRANSMISSION TERMINATED----

back in the field again, eh? Office jobs are boring am I right? Anyways, to your request. Sure, I can give you the ship back but there's a few things I have to mention. First of all, when I tested the ship I found out that the power core wasn't as good as it once was, therefore I decided to replace it with an IRG powercell. Yeah, next thing is, I managed to nearly destroy the ship. It was still able to hold together but when I was out for testing, I got ambushed buy some Outcasts. Turns out I wasn't able to fight with a broken power core. The spare guardian you mentioned was bought to have the required paperwork to fly the ship legally and maybe act as a reservoir of spare parts. And we had to make use of it. Since the mech's from the Forlorn Hope were not acquainted with libertonian military tech, I decided to contact the core. After some repairs the ship now has different plating, some internals changed, a power core that performs quite good with Core made weapons and some paint on it. Performance wise the ship feels exceptionally and I can't say it performs worse than before. It might feel a tiny bit different for you. I rearranged a few things in the cockpit. Oh before I forget, there's one last thing. Nick, you know the one you originally gave the ship, did something when it came back from the core. He said he implemented something as a test. Can't tell ya what it is or what it does but it had no impact on the ships performance. If ya want to know more, be sure to give him a call. So yeah, I think that's all I did with it besides giving it a few new scars. I'm currently on Barrier Gate for a few more days. Take a trip over there and I'll hand ya over the keys. Don't trash the ship, I put quite some money into it. Garrus out. G. I'm glad you're willing to not only consider this, but to also follow through with giving the old Guardian back to me. You can be rest assured that I'll put it to good use while serving the Republic. If there's truly anything of major value in the ship, I can have it taken out before bringing the ship back to Liberty with me. If you'd like, I can leave the IRG power-core with you and once taken back, have a proper military-grade one requisitioned and installed along with a full check-up of the ship and its systems. In short, I'm going to make sure it's service-worthy. I'll come over to the Barrier Gate shortly, we can discuss exactly how what needs to be done once I'm there. I don't believe it should be too hard to merely transfer the modifications you've made to my ship over to any other Guardian, even if they happen to be freshly manufactured. The designs don't differ all that much. Thank you for doing this. ----TRANSMISSION TERMINATED----

all's good, leave the ship as it is. I just wanted it up and running again when I trashed it. Nothing needs to be changed, if you're okay with it. Take the mods as a little 'thank you' and 'sorry for breaking the ship present'. As for the thing Nick did, I don't even know if you can get them out again without his help or even identify them, since I don't even know what it does. As long as the new ship is fully functional, I don't mind changing it out. Glad I could return you little lease in one piece, even if it is a bit different now. Garrus out. G. 'Karma' Hendrix |
