During routine flights, a new unidentified installation was located within Bering. Identified as ~ZMI~Pleasant.Terre, it's owners are unknown and given it's location in the eastern side of G5, I believe it would fall under the jurisdiction of Rheinland authorities. I do not know who owns this facility and am curious if you do. Attached is a file cache including location and visual of the base.

Danke for your report. Seems that the shared zone on the Liberty-Rheinland border somehow became popular area for constructing modular bases these days.
Anyway, the base you reported is not registered in the Rheinland Outpost Registry and as far as I can check we have no information about it. Seems we will have to look into this.
