I may not have mentioned this to you, but I am former Rheinland Military. I spent the first 22 years of my career there. That experience taught me a lot, including the lesson that, if you really want to branch out into the universe and learn things, you sometimes must isolate yourself from the past. It is a hard lesson, but it is what it is. I assure you, more of these long-term classified missions will be coming in the Union's future.
Regarding Thuringia, the best I am willing to offer you is a maybe. As with our first conversation, you continue to request data without giving any in return. That ends now. I want the full logs of any conversation you had with Hunter Wolff before we even consider further discussion.

Finally, on to Thuringia. We've come to a decision. We will not give you any data about the system. However, what I am willing to do is accompany you to the system's entrance, perhaps with another Union pilot, and we will escort you to do your own surveying and research. You will be free to explore and find what you will there for the duration of the single patrol, but we will not point anything out or guide you in any way.
Is that an acceptable compromise?
