This event was one of the best, i think Storyline events(Server Events) needs to be more common. I'm talking about Player vs Players with no NPCs.
Is there a reason why Server Events are dead?

Similar events lead to more dramas since they change/write the history and many of this community are scared about changes.

Indeed. If you notice it, only veterans remained here, and when only them remained, the game dies. This one is already died.

i wonder why devs even bother with community f*** this drama devs should do their job no matter what. This dev team has no strength over 3-4 faction leader it seems.

Being a high rank member (Developer, admin, modder) is difficult. It requires a bit of deeper computer technology knowledge to create/edit game contents and introduce new ones. Furthermore, they're not motivated like a "real" developer/admin/etc because most of all, they're not get paid. They've their real life too, with their real job where you should put more efficiency and motivation on him to have a decent salary and to survive. Things could be different if this mod/game would be promoted and people who want to support it would have good/enough reasons to do it.

Because we give a sh*t about trying to keep this place around for a while longer. When was the last time you posted something positive?
Everything dies eventually. The average human lifespan in developed countries is around 76 years. Many countries will rise and fall before you take your last breath. In 600 million years, Earth will longer be able to sustain life. And sometime in the next five years, it's likely this place will close down. But there will be people at its end who are still there and whose last words on the server will be, "well, that was fun."

Operation Hidden Giant was amazing. And Server Events similar in size could be done.
We had multiple voices already wishing for a designated Event Team, mainly focusing on the communication between players and the staff team to arrange events.
It would be one of the steps needed to make Disco more interesting again, sure, one day it will die but atm we let it die where there is still potential to be a bit more alive again.
But oh well, that would require a new team and paperwork nobody is willing to do as it seems.

A dedicated event team would be excellent.
just 2 weeks ago server had over 100 players.
its not dead yet, we should try and keep it that way.
